Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Newtonburg. The Rev. Keith Haberkorn will officiate with burial at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Kolb was born January 10, 1900, in the Town of Newton, Manitowoc County, daughter of the late John and Louisa Lemke Clasen. She married Walter Kolb on October 18, 1921. He preceded her in death May 1961. Mrs. Kolb was a member of Newtonburg Homemakers, St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Newtonburg, and a member of the Ladies Aid of the church.
Survivors include a son and a daughter-in-law, Merlin and Irene Kolb of Madison; two daughters and sons-in-law, Ione and Oliver Voight of Manitowoc and Doris and Paul Wehausen of Valders; a brother-in-law, and a sister-in-law, Siegfried and Elsie Haupt of Manitowoc; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Erna Clasen of Manitowoc; ten grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survived. She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
Friends may call at Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc from 5 o'clock to 9 o'clock this Tuesday evening and on Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and at the church from noon until the hour of service.
