A native of Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Carlos and Sara Negron Allende Sr. Employer: Poinsette Construction Co.
Survivors: Wife, Gloria Negron; daughters, Yadira Blanco of Greer, and Jessica Sanchez of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; sons, Carlos Negron III of Greer, and Charles Blanco of Jersey City, N.J.; a sister, Mary Negron, of Jersey City, N.J.; a brother, Joseph Negron, of Berry, N.Y.; and six grandchildren.
Service: 4 p.m. Thursday at Sullivan Bros. Mortuary Chapel. Burial: Hillcrest Mausoleum.
