Florentine Friederike Henriette Zastrow was born at 5:00 p.m. the afternoon of the 24th February 1834. Her birth place was Ottendorf, termed as a colony within the Gemeinde (municipality) of Klein Leistikow, Kreis Naugard, Pommern, Prussia. At this same location she was made a child of God and heir of heaven through the Sacrament of Holy Baptism, on the 23rd March 1834. She was confirmed in her faith at a sister church in the Gemeinde of Maskow, on the 30th April 1848. She was united in matrimony with Johann Friedrich Wilhelm Amandus Freyholtz in Klein Leistikow, on the 8th May 1859. Her parents were:
