Little boy Leon Cain died on the morning of November 27, 1905. Sweet little boy of Ira and Belle Cain, of Sentinel Oklahoma. At the time of his death he was 2years 2months and 2 days old. Article found in the sentinal newsboy dated Dec,9th 1905. At the time of his death the family was living in Sentinel area with his parents and his grandparents the McClung's. The McClung's are buried in Huckaby Cemetery. After is death his parents went to live near family in Poarch and Carter area.The photo was taken before Leon passed away.It is Ira's feed mill near Sentinal where little boy Leon lived. So far haven't find any photos with Leon. Still hoping someone will remember him. I located a newspaper article in the Sword of Truth Sentinel, Okla.), Vol.1, No.22, Ed.1 Wednesday, January 22,1913. James McClung the evangelist was in Sentinel Oklahoma to visit the Huckaby Cemetery where is parents Benjamin and Elizabeth were buried. The paper mentioned he was also visiting the grave sites of John Barry, Cyrena Wilder and Lucindy Huffman and baby Leon Cain. All are relatives.
