Services were held Tuesday, March 19 at the Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Brian Kent presiding. Burial was in the Moravian Cemetery.
Kegley was born December 31, 1902, in West Salem, the son of Charles and Susan Caroline Reher.
He married Signa Iona Koehler June 9, 1924, in the West Salem Moravian Parsonage.
He was a member of the Moravian Church and was an active choir member, Ruritan Club, Senior Citizens, and Senior Citizens chorus.
Surviving are his wife, one daughter, Mrs. Rodney (Jean) Lowry of Belleville, IL and one grandson, Greg Lowry, of Lebanon, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Don Allen in 1936 and his sister, Marie in 1968.
