Funeral services for Mr. C. B. Saxon, age 93, of Crockett, will be held Wednesday, May 16, 2012 in the First Baptist Church in Crockett. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Park. Family will receive friends Tuesday evening 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Mr. C. B. Saxon, age 93, of Crockett, passed away Monday, May 14, 2012 in the East Texas Medical Center-Crockett. He was born June 29, 1918 in Crockett, Texas and was a resident of Crockett all of his lifetime. Mr. Saxon was a veteran of the United States Army having served during World War II. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Crockett. Mr. Saxon was a retired insurance salesman for Southwestern Life Insurance Company and was also a farmer and rancher. Preceded in death by wife, Billie Saxon and daughter, Nona Beth Saxon Murchison.
