Delbert Willis Coolbear, beloved husband, father and grandfather, age 73, died December 15, 1990, in West Valley City, Utah.

Born October 28, 1917, in Salt Lake City, Utah, son of David William and Lola Almira Belnap Coolbear. Married Elizabeth (Betty) Fowler July 31, 1943, in Reno, Nevada. Marriage solemnized in the Jordan River LDS Temple on October 25, 1989. Active member of LDS Church. Veteran of World War II, serving in the Philipines. Served six years active duty retiring from Utah National Guard after additional 31 years of service.

Survived by wife, West Valley City; one son and three daughters, Mrs. Larry (Robyn) Chambers, Kearns; Mrs. Gary C. (Elizabeth) Mecham, Mesa, Ariz.; Lola Dell Coolbear, West Jordan; David and wife, Mary Coolbear, Laguna Hills, California; two sisters, Mrs. Roy (Verl) Baker, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Dorrell (Eunice) Smith, Salt Lake City; 10 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednedsay, 12 noon, at the Taylorsville 4th Ward, 4310 South 3200 West. Friends may call Tuesday, 5-8 p.m. at the McDougal Golden Rule Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, and Wednesday, at the church, 11-11:40 a.m. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
