Born Feb. 26, 1926, in Massac County, Ill., the daughter of Gus and Effie (McDaniels) Williamson.
Louise worked at several factories and food service establishments. She also ran the Huddle Inn Restaurant in Genoa.
She is survived by her daughter, Margaret (Neil) Olson of Genoa; grandchildren, Angela Eraas (fiance, Kevin Goodrich) of Rochelle, Cynthia (Tim) Bergman of O'Fallon, Pamela Wood of DeKalb, Tina (Dennis) Drendel of Genoa, Brandon (Rose Maria) Olson of Kingston, Kevin Olson of Genoa; 15 great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Kai of Eden Prairie, Minn., Alma Stone of LeRoy; brother, Charles Williamson of Blanchard, Okla.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by husbands, Walter Rodatz, Hobert "Doc" Dixson and George Corson; an infant son, Robert; sister, Alene; and her parents.
The visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, at Anderson Funeral Home, DeKalb. A graveside service will take place at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 26 at Precinct Cemetery, Earlville, with Jerry Ledbetter officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Verna Louise Corson Memorial Fund, in care of Anderson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 605, 2011 S. Fourth St., DeKalb, IL 60115.
