St. Cloud Journal Press, Thurs. Feb. 7, 1878. On Monday, at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, in this city, Miss Lena Pung was married to Mr. Leo P. Brick, of the "Nordstern". This office tenders its congratulations.

St. Cloud Daily Times, Mon. Jan. 30, 1933. Mrs. Magdaline Brick, born in St. Joseph, 73 years ago, died in Bismarck ND, Saturday night. She had been making her home with her daughter, Mrs. August Doerner. The body was brought to St. Cloud and is at the home of her son, Edward Brick, 909 Seventh ave. n. The funeral will be held at the Cathedral Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock and burial made in the family lot in Calvary cemetery. Mrs. Brick was born in St. Joseph township, her maiden name Magdaline Pung, daughter of Joseph and Katherine Pung, pioneers. Her marriage to Le P. Brick took place in 1878. Mr. Brick, who was foreman on "Der Nordstern" for many years, was accidentally killed in 1893. There are three sons and one daughter, Edward Brick of St. Paul, Bernard of New York city, Philip of Klamath Falls OR and Mrs. Doerner. Another daughter, Mrs. Leo Maloney, who lived in Saskatoon, Canada, is dead. There are seven grandchildren. Mrs. Doerner accompanied the body to St. Cloud. Edward Brick, who was out on a case, and Bernard Brick, will be here Tuesday. Mrs. Brick was a member of the Christian Mothers and the Catholic Order of Foresters.
