Survivors include his wife, Cathy; two daughters, Penny Phillips and Casey Prather, both of Bovina; a son, Scotty Riley of Clinton, AR; two sisters, Laverne Thatcher of Bovina and Linda Riley of Tucumcari, NM; two brothers, Earl Gene Riley of Edgewood, NM; and Larry Riley of Tucumcari, NM; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
