Joseph Abraham Hardman, age 97, passed away July 24, 1994.
Born June 5, 1897 in Pleasant Grove, Utah to Joseph Henry and Mary Emma Yancey Hardman. He married Arvilla Porter November 15, 1929, solemnized January 12, 1963 in the Mesa, Arizona Temple, member of the LDS Church, retired in 1959 from the D&RG Railroad, World War I Army Veteran.
Survived by his wife, children, Betty Atwood, Marlene (Jack) Jones, Sandra (Al) Smith and Gerald (Linda), eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters and a son-in-law, Myrle Atwood.
Graveside services Friday, July 29, 1994 at 10 a.m. at the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery. Viewing will be Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the Redwood Memorial Estates Mortuary, 6500 S. Redwood Rd.
