FRANKIE AYERS
Mrs. Frankie Bowman Ayers, 81, of Itasca died Saturday, August 9, 2003 at a local hospital. She was a retired seamstress and a member of Itasca Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Johnny N. Bowman and Ben Ayers. Survivors include: two sons, Johnny (Mickey) Bowman and wife, Judi, of Hillsboro and David Bowman and wife, Nancy, of Itasca; two daughters, Nellie Melvin and Nancy Pond, both of Irving; three sisters, Marie Knight of Somerville, Hazel Maxwell of Bynum and Ruby Stefka of Mineral Wells; six grandchildren; and 15
great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, August 11, at Clayton
Kay-Vaughan Funeral Home Chapel in Itasca with Glen R. MacDonald officiating. Burial followed at Ridge Park Cemetery in Hillsboro.
