COAL VALLEY: Milton O Wilson of Coal Valley will be honored at a family dinner in observance of his 93rd birthday tomorrow in the home of his son. Alvin R. Wilson in Bettendorf.

Mr. Wilson was born Feb. 24, 1872, in Rural Twp. and has resided there all his life. He married Ella Park of Coal Valley in 1900[1899] She died in 1947. [1946]

He farmed in Rural Twp. until he retired a few years ago. He is a member of the Beulah Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Wilson has two sons, Alvin of Bettendorf and Dewey M.of Moline; one daughter, Mrs. Myra Reeser of Colona; 10 grandchildren;13 great-grand-children; and two great-great-grand children.

Milton Osman Wilson , 93 formanly of rural Milan, died yesterday, at Oak Glen Home, Coal Valley.
Services will be at 2 tomorrow, afternoon in Knox-Larson Chapel, Rock Island. Burial will be in the Beulah Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Knox-Larson Funeral Home after 7 tonight.
Mr. Wilson married the former Ellen Ann Park in 1889 in Coal Valley and the couple farmed near Milan for many years. She died In 1946. He had resided at the Oak Home for the past two years.

Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Myra Reeser, Colona; two sons Dewey M., Moline, and Alvin R. Bettendorf, Iowa, eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs Mrs. Evelyn Hollister, Colorado Springs, Co.

Services for Milton Osman Wilson, 93, a life resident of Rural Township, were at 2 this afternoon in Knox - Larson Chapel, Rock Island. The Rev. Henry Ostermeier, pastor of Beulah Presbyterian Church, officiated, and burial was in Beulah Cemetery.

Mr. Wilson died Monday in the Oak Glen Home Valley, where he had resided for the last two years. Mr. Wilson farmed in Rural Township most of his life. His residence was incorrectly reported in yesterday's Dispatch.
Surviving, in addition to those listed in yesterday's paper, are 16 great-grandchildren.
