Lucy will be laid to rest in her beloved home of Norfolk, where the relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral in Elmwood Cemetery at the graveside, Tuesday, Nov. 16, at 10 a.m. Farewell grand lady, we are all the better for having been a part of your life.
Lucy was born Jan. 13, 1919 in Norfolk. She was the daughter of the late Clarence A. Neff and Lucy Latone Thom Neff. Lucy reluctantly left Bay Point, Fla., to live in Mount Pleasant, S.C., for the last six years of her amazing life.
