Clarence Davey, 83, of 416 Purvis Ave., Bremen, died Friday at 9:15 p.m. in
Lancaster-Fairfield County Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was a retired
engineer having worked for Buckeye Pipeline Co., Bremem. He was a member of the
United Methodist Church, Bremen.
Survivors include wife, Leota; three daughter, Mrs. Thomas (Mary Florence)
Koudelka, Harrisonburg, VA, Mrs. John (Martha) Ulrich, Deerborn, Mich, and Mrs.
Arlene Brandt, Lancaster; two sons, John T. Davey, Pittsburgh and Wayne W.
Davey, Dayton, stepdaughter, Mrs. Robert (Willetta) Minner, Lancaster 14
grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Tuesday, 1:30
p.m. in Bremen United Methodist Church with the Rev. Robert St. Clair
officiating. Burial in Grandview Cemetery. Friends may call at Snyders Funeral
Home, Bremen, from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday: also
one hour at the church prior to services.
