15Marie Henrietta "Aunt Ree" Jordan, 100, of Sykesville, died Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011, at Carroll Hospice's Dove House in Westminster. Born Aug. 27, 1911, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Cecelia Crovo Kelm. She was the wife of Wallace Jordan, who she married June 2, 1924, and who died in 1972. She had worked as a meat cutter for many years. She had also worked for many years at Rheb's Candies on Wilkens Avenue in Baltimore. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, baking and, most especially, spending time with her family. Surviving are sisters Catherine Topper and Henrietta Leek, both of Baltimore; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews. She was predeceased by siblings Alex Kelm and Josephine Topper. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville. A funeral liturgy will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Family Catholic Church, 9531 Liberty Road, Randallstown. Interment will be in Loudon Park Cemetery in Baltimore. m
