Quinn was born 01/17/1924 in Duluth, MN and graduated Duluth Central High School in 1943. Served in the US Army in England, France and Germany. Attended Northwestern University in Evanston, Il and Roosevelt University in Chicago. Married 7-1-1950. Salesman General Foods, Hardware Store in Princeton, MN, credit and collections manager for various companies and agencies in MN. Member of Anoka Kiwanis and American Legion Post # 102, lifelong DFLer. Enjoyed travelling, winters in Tucson, political events, Halloween Parades, his dog Chico, eating out at buffets, and especially time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
