She was the wife of the late Laurel hughes; and was predeceased by a son, Eugene Hughes. She is survived by one daughter, Adelle Martin; one son Walter Hughes, both of Howland; one sister, Frances Sabine of Hudson; four grandchildren, eight-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 1 pm Friday at the Clay, Stevens & Clay Funeral Home, Lincoln, with the Rev. Kenneth Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Howland Cemetery.
