Wife of James Money who was b. 1723.
According to the book written by Harold Money, Randall Noe and Honorah Sanders were married in 1765 and Almedia Rebecca Money, according to Ray Perkins, is their third child which would make her birth year around 1770-1772.
Almedia married James Money in Fayette Co Ky in 1787-1788 and they had 7 children and she was in her late 70's when she died. She died after 1840 and is buried in the Perry Money cemetery NOT beside her husband. This information comes from James E Money who is living today. (2013)
Most family trees have Almedia's death date as 1820. From "The Money Tree" by Harold S. Money (pg 21)
"On March 19, 1827, Zachariah Nance, Elias Barbee and William Jones were appointed by the court to secure dower rights for REBECCA MONEY, widow of James Money, deceased. The court ordered an inventory and appraisal of his personal property. This was done on March 26 and the personal property was sold on March 28, 1827."
There was a list of the items that were taken by Rebecca.
This would lead one to believe that Almedia Rebecca didn't die until AFTER 1827.
