Funeral arrangements are incomplete for Robert Wilson Cole, 43, a veteran of WWII and the Korean Conflict and former resident of Ashland, who was fatally injured Wednesday in a railroad crossing accident at Yuma, CO. The body will be brought to Ashland for funeral services and burial and will be received at the Lazear Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Robert Wilson Cole, 43, a veteran of WWII and the Korean Conflict and a former resident of Ashland, who was fatally injured Wednesday in an automobile accident at Yuma, CO, will be conducted Monday at 2:30pm at the Lazear Funeral Home by the Rev. Joseph Zavadsy. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park. The Clarence Fields Post No. 76 of the American Legion will hold graveside services. The body arrived last night from Yuma at the funeral home where friends may call after 2 o'clock this afternoon. Pallbearers will be Harold Fraley, James Kiser, Willy Cox, Jr., Larry Joe Cox, Arthur Franz and Kenneth Blair.
