Lexington - Rebecca Ruth Wiley Gentry, 85, of Lexington, formerly of Frankfort, wife of 57 years to William "Bill" Gentry, died August 31, 2010, from complications of Parkinsons's disease. She was a daughter of the late Lewis and Claudine Wiley. Survivors other than her husband are a son, James "Jim" (Cathy) Dent; a daughter, Wanda Gentry; and a grandson, Bill (Jennifer) Dent. She was preceded in death by a son, Hugh "Mike" Gentry.
Visitation was held from 12 to 2 p.m. on Friday. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, 463 E. Main Street, Lexington. Burial was in Lexington Cemetery.
