Kattie Mae Flecher was born on February 1, 1931, to the late Henry Lee Winters and Savannah Barksdale Winters.
She received her education at the Mt. Moriah School.
At an early age, she joined Mt. Moriah Baptist Church and remained a faithful member until her health failed.
She was married to Percy Flecher who preceded her in death.
On Thursday, October 13, 2011, at 2;15 a.m. she departed to be with her heavenly father.
She was the mother of thirteen children, she leaves to cherish her memories, six daughters, Minnie (R. L.) Foster, Lottie Winters, Georgia (Lester) Winters, Doris (James) Martin, Patrica (Lester) Winters, Doris (James) Martin, Patricia (Willie) Randle, Trina Fletcher of Kosciusko, MS; five sons, Willie (Jacqueline) Winters, Robert Winters of Kosciusko, MS; Tony Winters of Parchman, MS; Percy Winters of Portland, OR; she leaves one brother, Walter Winters; and she also leaves behind twenty-three grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, a son

Services are Tuesday, October 18, at Mt. Moriah M.B. Church in Kosciusko with burial at the church cemetery.
