DeHaven, Jace and Jersey regretfully passed away suddenly on October 3, 2011.

Jace was a vibrant, intelligent, fun-loving, curious, nice boy who loved his sister and his mom. He had many friends and family members who loved to spend time with him and enjoyed his company.

Jersey was the cutest little force of nature who had the gift of gab and was mature beyond her years and bigger than her britches. She loved to be a princess, but loved to be a tomboy.

Jace and Jersey are survived by their mother, Angela Velasquez; their grandparents, Linda (Barry) Tannenbaum, Tom (Kathi) DeHaven, and Henry Velasquez (Cathy); greatgrandparents, Henry (Gloria) Velasquez; step-grandfather, Robert VanPatten.

They are also survived by their Aunts/Uncles John (Lindsay) VanPatten, Luther, Chad Wolkerstorfer, Shawn (Kelly) Wolkerstorfer and Sara DeHaven; lots of great aunts and uncles and numerous cousins and friends.

They were preceded in death by her mom/grandma, Linda VanPatten and brother/uncle, Christopher Wolkerstorfer.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Abundant Life Church, 1105 117th Ave NE in Blaine, MN. A memorial fund (Jace and Jersey Memorial Fund) has been established at Wells Fargo Bank.
