Memorial Services will be held on Monday, October 24 at 11 a.m. at Cottonwood Church, 4505 Katella Ave., Los Alamitos. Gathering after at Tracey's Bar, 5511 E Spring Street, Long Beach.

Michelle Marie Fournier, of Huntington Beach, worked at Salon Meritage as a licensed cosmetologist. She was the primary target in a mass shooting and was one of eight people who died. One wounded customer survived, and another person hid in the salon and was not physically injured.
The victims were:
David Caouette, 64
Laura Lee Elody, 65
Randy Lee Fannin, 62
Michelle Daschbach Fast, 47
Lucia Bernice Kondas, 65
Christy Lynn Wilson, 47
Victoria Ann Buzzo, 54
The killer was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
