John David Allen, Kingsport, Tenn., 60 years old, died Monday, May 22, in Long Beach, Calif.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. May 28. Rev. Charles Lin Holm officiated. Burial was in Oakwood Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; three daughters, Margaret Evans, Kathy Allen of California, Treasa Allen of California; six sons, Robert, Michael and Andy Hicks, all of Kingsport, Tenn., Kenneth, Mikel and John D. Allen II of California; one brother, Joe Rhey Allen of California, one sister, Miss Montra Allen Kingsport; and three grandchildren.
