Montra Allen
Montra Allen, age 79, a retired school teacher formerly of the Oakwood Community, passed away Sunday, July 17, in Kingsport, Sullivan County, Tennessee.
She is survived by a daughter, Tandra of Kingsport; a brother, Joe Rhey Allen of Comero, Wash.; several nieces and nephews; and many Hickman County cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Josephus and Margaret Bryars Allen and brothers, John David and Zera Wesley Allen.
Funeral was held Tuesday, July 19, at 8:00 p.m. in Oakhill Chapel and burial was private, Wednesday, July 18, at 11 p.m. in Oak Hill Memorial Park at Kingsport.
