My notes:
Buried under married name of Ledbetter.
Elizabeth Brisco is buried at Hutchins Cem. Jack Co. Texas.
She is Speculated to be the daughter of James Brisco.
Elizabeth went to Texas in the mid 1840's a widow with 6 ch ildren.
She had 640 acres in Peters Colony (Collin County). She al so had land in Cooke County and Jack County Texas.
*** At this time it is unknown what happened to David Womac k. According to family members, Their oldest daughter, Mar garet told them her father was a doctor.
(Also, David could have been married before as there ar e 3 older boys in the household according to the 1840 Censu s from Madison County Arkansas.) Possible that Elizabeth brought siblings with her, too, as there are a number of Brisco's in this area at the time and after.
