Elizabeth Ledbetter's maiden name was Brisco and was married to David Womack before she married Ledbetter.

(Also, David could have been married before as there ar e 3 older boys in the household according to the 1840 Censu s from Madison County Arkansas.) Possible that Elizabeth brought siblings with her, too, as there are a number of Brisco's in this area at the time and after.
