Mrs. Eva L. Miller, 1510 Hershey,
died Tuesday at 10 p.m. at Muscatine
General hospital at the age of 75.
Born May 6, 1892 at Wellman, the
daughter of Martin V. and Sarah
Griffith Wagamon, Mrs. Miller had
lived in Muscatine 40 years.
She married John W. Miller Aug. 16
at Wellman, Iowa. She was a member
of the Mulford Evangelical Free
church and worked for Battersons
Stores for several years.
Survivors include two daughters:
Mrs. Albert (Ethyl) Herlein,
Muscatine; and Mrs.Edward (Vivian)
Hahn, Elwood, Ill.; four brothers,
James E. Wagamon, Oxford, Iowa;
Harry Wagamon, Kinross; Harvey
Wagamon, Wellman; and John Wagamon,
Cedar Rapids; and one sister, Mrs.
Oral (Clara) Moore, Wellman; also,
four grandchildren and ten great-
grandchildren.
Mrs. Miller was preceded in death
by her parents, husband, three
sisters and one brother.
Funeral services will be held at
1:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 6 at the
George M. Wittich funeral home.
Rev. Theodore Olsen of the
Mulford Evangelical Free church
will officiate and burial will
be in Memorial park. Friends may
call at the funeral home starting
Thursday afternoon.
