FULTON - Mildred Raper Senter, 92, died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2003, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born Nov. 9, 1911, to the Rev. D.R. and Viola Smith Raper in Lee County. She was a retired supervisor for Itawamba Manufacturing and a member of the First Baptist Church. She was the widow of R.H. Senter.


Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Senter Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tommy Winders and Bro. Eugene Digby officiating. Burial will be in East Fulton Cemetery.


Survivors include two daughters, Jo Bates and husband, Joe, of Fulton, and Annie Jean Sheffield and husband, W.A., of Tupelo; a son, Max Senter and wife, Rebecca, of Fulton; a sister, Alethea Pearce and husband, John Marvin, of Mantachie; five grandchildren, Tammy Cunningham, Gidget Haynes, Shane Senter, Charity Pettigo and Jackie Robinson; five great-grandchildren.


Visitation will continue from 7:30 a.m. to service time today.


In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church or a favorite charity.
