I have heard from several people who knew her. They said that she was a very kind and gentle person.
Born in Shumway AZ, also lived in Snowflake and Linden. Attended College in Flagstaff and began teaching grade school in Clay Springs. In 1920, moved with family to Mesa AZ. Began teaching at Irving grade school.
Met Dewey Sabin while attending Mesa 1st Ward. Wrote many letters while he was in prohibition enforcement. Married in her father's home on 21 Dec 1924.
Moved to Phoenix, two sons born (Wally & Joe). Moved to Gilbert, a daughter born (Gerry). Moved to Mesa, two more sons born (Bob and Smith). The last one died the same day.
In 1947, moved to Sutter county California, then to District 10 on the other side of the Feather River in Yuba county. Moved to Yuba City CA, lived there the rest of her life.
