Frances was one of 14 children. She was raised by her Father Charles William Woodruff,since her Mother Eliza Frances Dalton Woodruff died when Frances was 12yrs old. She grew up on a farm under stressful living conditions. With a 8th grade education she did very well in life. She never spoke much of her childhood or complained. She believed in taking responsibility for yourself and not blame your parents behavior for your actions. She married Eugene A. Sitz July 24 1940. She was a professional "housewife" and a Ministers Wife. She was the devoted Mother of 3 children William Eugene, Gary Lee, and Barbara Jean. Frances died in the care of her daughter Barbara at home. The world will never be the same without her beautiful smile and gentle spirit.
