Roy McDonald, 93, of Booneville, died Friday, Nov. 2, 2001, at the Baldwyn Nursing Facility after an extended illness.
Graveside services were Sunday, Nov. 4, at 1 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery with Bro. Pete McCoy officiating. McMillan Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. McDonald was the retired owner of McDonald's Lawnmower and Repair Service and a member of Fairview Baptist Church. He loved hunting.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille McDonald; his parents, John Franklin and Tishie McDonald; and two brothers, Earl and Clarence McDonald.
He is survived by two sisters, Gladys Randle and her husband, Kirby, of Tupelo, and Ann Howard of Booneville; one brother, Dalton McDonald of New Albany; and several nieces and nephews.
