Funeral services for Victor Joseph Abram, 62, of 9 Front St., Superior, were held Friday, Jan. 31, at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, the Rev. Eugene Sullivan officiating.

Active pallbearers were Leno Bertagnolli, Ray Zampedri, Jess Gil, Albert Lenzi, John Prevedel and Mike Bekakis. Honorary pallbearers were Saul William, Joe Melinkovich, Rico Zampedri, Monti Berti, Bob Carmine and Primo Marietta.

Mr. Abram died of an acute coronary occlusion, according to Deputy County Coroner David L. Jelaca. He was working on a fan belt at the Superior Elementary School at the time of his death.

Mr. Abram was born Sept. 17, 1912 in Superior and had resided there all his life.

He is survived by his wife, Carmen of Superior; four sons, Victor A., Rock Springs, and David L., Patrick M. and Robert S., all of Superior; two daughters, Mrs. Ted Wall of Rock Springs, and Theresa of Superior; a brother, Bruno of Pacoima, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Oga Gruber of Sunnyvale, Calif.; six grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
