Lavonia Griswold, 86, wife of Bob for 58 years, mother of Richard, and Robin (Kent Robbins), grandmother of Rachel, Leah, Joshua, Zack, Nathan, and Bonnie.
Preceded in death by son Paul.
She passed away in her home on June 26th after a long illness. She was born in Shelbyville, Texas and moved to Denver in 1948.
She was a longtime Denver area hairdresser and community volunteer. She was a member of Grace Methodist Church, 1957-1987, and Calvary Baptist Church, 1987-present.
The family asks that donations be made to Bonfils Blood Center. Her service will be held on Monday, June 30th at 3:00 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church of Denver, Hampden and Monaco."
