John WALDEN was the 3rd son of John WALDEN Senior and Sarah Deighton.

Born in Wellington on 19 Aug 1847, John was baptised by Minister Robert COLE on 03 Dec 1847 at the old cathedral Church of St Paul. His father's profession was listed as a fisherman.

John married Cora Alice ELKINS on 08 Oct 1885. They had the following children:
