Arno Schneider, 53, of School Hill, passed away suddenly of a heart attack this morning while working in a field in the town of Meeme.
He was born March 27, 1899, in the town of Centerville. On April 5, 1921, he was married to Helen Roitt. The couple moved to their present home 26 years ago.
Survivors include his wife; four daughters, Dorothy, Elizabeth, Mary Ann and Agnes at home; four sons, Francis of Cleveland, Norman of Route 1, Valders, Sylvester of Port Washington and Lawrence of Route 1, Newton; and three grandchildren.
Also surviving are one brother, Edwin of Kiel; and four sisters, Mrs. Joseph H. Schnell of Kiel, Mrs. Math Meyer and Mrs. William Schneider both of Cleveland and Mrs. Lester Graef of Sheboygan.
Funeral services will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, School Hill. The Rev. Ambrose Knitter will be celebrant of the requiem high mass and burial will be made in the church cemetery.
