Funeral services for Evelyn Cole,49, of Grayson were held at Riser & Sons Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mack Bellmore officiating. Buriel followed in the Palestine Cemetery. Mrs Cole died at Caldwell Memoral Hospital alter a lengthy illness. Survivors include her husband Leon Cole of Columbia, four daughters, Millie Uwanawich of New Orleans, Rose Palmer of Arcadia, Elsie Alford, Emma Cole of Grayson, two sons Arnold Otis Cole of Monroe & Manuel Lewis Cole of Grayson, five brothers W,R. Honeycutt Sr, David Honeycutt, Bob Honeycutt all of Angola, Wilbur Honeycutt of Houston, Tex, & John Honeycutt of Kelly , seven sisters Mildred Busch of Houston,Tex. Loucille Spence of Clarks, Marie Leckie of Colorado, Shirley Franklin of Grayson, Georgia Tidwell of Houston Elaine Spence 0f West Monroe Jimmie Allbritton of Columbia Stepfather James Cruse of Houston,Tex. Four grandchildren. Pollbearers were James Strange, Johnny Gunn, Benny Johnson Joe ONeal, Greg McMillon, & Shelby Brockner.
