Astoria, IL - Frieda M. Gorsuch, 69, of Rural Route 1 died at 8:38 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, 1992, at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.
Born Oct. 23, 1922, in Fulton County to George "Edward" and Martha Pearl Thomas Shawgo, she married Leonard Justus Gorsuch on Nov. 8, 1941, in Palmyra, Mo. He survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Donald of Canton and John of Astoria; two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Shirley) Keeler and Mrs. Phillip (Judy) Webb, both of Lewistown; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandson; and two sisters, Lela Landis of Canton and Tessie Danner of DuQuoin.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.
She was a member of Summum Christian Church in Summum.
Burial will be in Summum Cemetery.
