MRS. NANCY COBB DIES; FUNERAL HELD AT CLIFTON HILL
Mrs. Nancy Jane Scott Cobb, 86, sister of the late F. M. Stamper and last of the Hiram and Sallie Stamper family, died Saturday night at the home of a son, J. L. Scott, near Pleasant Wood.
Mrs. Cobb was born in Kentucky. She is survived by four sons, Walter Scott of Turpin, Okla., James L. Scott, at whose home she died, Rupert Scott and Roy Scott, both of Liberal, Kan.; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Rucker of Clifton Hill; three step-children, Dan Cobb and Mrs. Sallie Sears both of Clifton Hill, and Frank Cobb, of Moberly; 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held this afternoon at the Clifton Hill Baptist church by the pastor, the Rev. E. John Meyers. Burial was in the Clifton Hill cemetery
