WIFE OF EARL H SUKEFORTH
Lucy Ella Quinn-Sukeforth of Millis, a retired telephone operator, died Sunday at Sunbridge Nursing Home in Concord after a long illness. She was 84.

Born in Ellsworth, Maine, Mrs. Quinn-Sukeforth was educated in the North Haven, Maine, school system, where she was the class of 1935 salutatorian. She was a resident of Millis for the six years. Previously she lived in Owls Head and Rockland, Maine.

She served as a telephone operator in North Haven for several years. She also worked for many years as a waitress at the Thorndike Hotel in Rockland.

Wife of the late Earl H. Sukeforth and the late Carl Bonney Quinn, Mrs. Quinn-Sukeforth is survived by a daughter, Bonnie Finlay of Millis; a son, Paul Quinn of North Haven, Maine; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. today in the Roberts-Mitchell Funeral Home in Medfield. (Boston Herald 7/17/2002)

Her parents are listed as Clyde O Ames and Lottie M Calderwood on her U.S., Social Security Application. However, Clyde married Bina Stone 14 May 1910 in Vinalhaven, Maine, and did not marry Lottie M Calderwood until 22 Jul 1922 in North Haven, Maine
