Religion: Baptist. Wife's name: Clara Belle Wilcox. Millard Sr. and Clara Belle had two children: (1) Lucy May (Phillips) Braman, b. May 9, 1888, and (2) Millard Parlia Phillips Jr. b. Oct. 6, 1893. Phillips, Millard P. Jr.:
Millard Parlia Phillips Jr. bought a jewelry store on E. Main St. in Milan, in 1915. The store had previously been operated by Mr. Kleckner. Millard Jr. was born Oct. 7, 1893, the son of Millard Parlia Phillips Sr. and Clara Belle Wilcox Phillips. Millard Jr. was married to Maurine Kelsey Miller on Nov. 14, 1922. His occupation: jeweler. Millard Jr. and Maurine had one child and lived at 258 Ideal St. in Milan. Millard Jr. developed some land that had been owned by his mother, Clara Wilcox, and was the original homestead of Lewis A. Wilcox. Millard Jr. died Oct. 27, 1970.
