Reverend Charles Waymon Squyres married the love of his life, his Wife Helena LeEtta 'Lena' Badgett Squyres on October 10, 1902 in Dewitt, Texas. They had 12 children. Helena LeEtta 'Lena' Badgett passed away in Lawton, Oklahoma on September 8, 1969 at age 83. Reverend Charles Waymon Squyres is of the distinguished 'Squyres with a Y' family line, of which 2 Volumes of Books titled 'Squyres with a Y' were published documenting this family line history.

Reverend Charles Waymon Squyres was a Baptist Minister, one of many Squyres Baptist Ministers before him, and after of his extensive Squyres family, that includes several of his Sons and Grandsons. He lived and Ministered the majority of his life in Texas, which included Wellington, Texas, and later in Oklahoma. His Squyres descendants have pictures of him performing Baptisms. He was a well known Baptist Minister in Lawton, Oklahoma as well, and retired there. Several newspaper articles, and interviews with anecdotes he gave, were written about him, with photographs of him published in the Lawton, Oklahoma newspaper. Notably one among several, of the celebration of a milestone Wedding Anniversary he shared with his Wife. Another with a photo of him riding his bicycle when he was in his 90s. His beloved Wife, Helena LeEtta 'Lena' Badgett Squyres is the Daughter of Demarcus Dillafay Badgett and Elizabeth (Lizzie) B. McBride Badgett, her Father's First Wife. Elizabeth (Lizzie) B. McBride Badgett passed away in 1892 shortly after the birth of their last child. Demarcus remarried about 9 months later. He had 3 young daughters, one an infant, with his Wife 'Lizzie', that Survived her with Demarcus at the time of her death.
