D. Fisher Bell Funeral Services At Rice Tuesday

Funeral services for D. Fisher Bell, aged 65 years, who died at his home in Rice Monday morning following a several weeks' illness, were held Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the Haynie Memorial Methodist church in Rice. Burial was in the Rice cemetery. The services were conducted by Rev. Robert E. Ray, pastor.

Bell was a member of the Methodist church and the Masonic lodge.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Nora Bell, Rice; a son, Gregory Bell, Dallas; a daughter, Mrs. Johnny Patton, Terrell; two grandchildre; mother, Mrs. W. H. Bell, Rice; three brothers, Hugh Bell, Rice; J. Lee Bell, Dallas, and Steve Bell, Corsicana; two sisters, Mrs. Theo Barrington, Overton, and Mrs. W. F. Hodge, Rice, and other relatives.

Pallbearers were J.K. Bradley, Henry Swafford, R.E. Bounds, W.C. Mahaley, T.D. Queen and C.M. Hobbs.
