Ralph is survived by his wife, Willie Ruth High Pollard; a son, Ralph Pollard, Jr.; and daughters Martha P. Berry and Ellen P. Towery. He had 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren at the time of his death.
He was a member of Penelope Baptist Church and was a retired security guard from Century Furniture.
Ralph had six brothers: Dewey, Carl, Hicks, Everette (all deceased), Wayne, and Clyde (surviving). He had four sisters, all deceased: Ethel (Raines), Pauline (Perry), Frances, and Louise (Causby).
