[Obituary of John Stinson McFadden]

John Stinson McFadden, formerly of Savah, IN, died Friday, Nov. 27, 2009 at HospiceCare of Boulder and Broomfield Counties in Louisville, CO.

He was born December 22, 1922 in Savah, IN, to Fieldon B. and Mary E. McDurmon McFadden. In 1928, his family moved to Pinedale, WY. In 1933 they moved to Rock Springs, WY.

Mr. McFadden is survived by his brothers, Elbert and Pat McFadden; sisters, Alice Jean Cristanelli and Mary Yvonne Unguren; daughters, Susan Duncan and Maureen Pedry and husband Dan; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and friend Robin Pecolar. He has many cousins in Mount Vernon and Evansville, including the McDurmons, McFadden and Tomlinson.

He was preceded in death by his wife Wilmot McFadden; brother Michael; and granddaughter Stacey. Memorial services were held Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009 at the First Congregational Church in Rock Springs, WY.
