Audrey Jean Perkins, 85, of Sedalia, formerly of Chillicothe and Marshall, died Aug 10, 2011, at Bothwell Regional Health Center.
She was born Sep 23, 1925, in Iowa to the late Grant and Audie Maybelle (McDaniels) Frakes. On May 5, 1979, in Marshall, she married Wiley Perkins, who survives of the home.
She lived in Chillicothe and Marshall for many years and where she was a factory worker. She had lived in Sedalia since 1979. She enjoyed cooking, reading, going to garage sales and antique shops. She loved animals. She was a Baptist. She was a hard worker and always cared for her family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Janet Sandbothe (Steve), of Warsaw, and Shirley Goff, of Chillicothe; seven grandchildren, Anthony E Darr, Audrey L Darr, Tammy L Loucks Lawson, William R Loucks, Loretta K Loucks Murphy, Steven L Loucks and Jason S Goff; 13 great-grandchildren, Shaina Sandbothe Herbert, Kayla Prall, Kyle Taggert, Charity Lawson, Cherokee Lawson, Hayly Loucks, Jessica Loucks, Colby Murphy, Dalton Murphy, Skylar Loucks, Evan Loucks, Savanna Goff and Riley Goff; and three great-great-grandchildren, Lyrica Herbert, Jasmine Hardey and Remington Crowly.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
Pallbearers will be Russell Lawson, William Loucks, Steven Loucks, Jason Goff, Anthony Darr and Larry Turner.
