Bethany Echo--Friday, Dec. 3, 1915---Mrs. Arnold Thomason of Decatur died in the hospital there Monday morning after a sickness of several weeks. A few days ago she was taken to the hospital for an operation and on examination it was found that she had cancer and the operation was not performed.

Bell Eldridge was born at Kokomo, Indiana, Oct. 13, 1864. She was married to Arnold Thomason and to this union were born seven children; Charlie Thomason of Elkhart, Indiana, Clayton Thomason of Sullivan, Mrs. John Tinnea and Miss Goldia Thomason of this place,Frank and Edwin Thomason of Decatur and Oscar Thomason, who died a few years ago.

Mrs. Thomason lived here for many years but about two years ago they moved to Decatur where she died.

The body arrived here on the noon train Tuesday and a short service was held at the grave by Re. A. S. Maxey.
