Robert E. Miller, age 79, of Western Springs, formerly of Streator, IL., passed away on April 3, 2011 following a brief illness.
A U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Korean War Era.
Beloved husband of Celine A. (nee Broske); loving father of David, Steven (Margaret) and Pam; cherished grandfather of Jason and Grace; dear brother of Phyllis (Bernard) Thomas and the late William (Veronica) and the late Bernard Miller. He is survived by eight nieces and nephews and also by the members of the Robert Stevo family.
Memorial Visitation Friday 4-9 p.m. at Hallowell & James Funeral Home 1025 W. 55th St. Countryside. Family & friends to gather on Saturday, April 9 for a 9:45 a.m. Memorial Mass at St. John of the Cross Church, 5005 So. Wolf Rd., Western Springs.
