Jack Darling, 12 year old son of Mr & Mrs Bruce Darling, died at the family home, 2010 Second St SW, at 1:32 a.m. Wednesday after a short illness. He was born in Cedar Rapids and was a student at Garfield School. Besides his parents, he is survived by five sisters and three brothers. Funeral services will be held at the Beatty Chapel at 3 p.m. Friday conducted by the Rev. F.H. Ward. Burial will be in the Campbell Cemetery.
