PILOT MOUNTAIN - Mrs. Della Mae Long Bennett, 88, of 154 Hutchens St. passed away Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2003, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. She was born Aug. 28, 1914, in Surry County, to Luther F. and Martha Elizabeth Simmons Long. She was retired from Roses and Sky City and was a member of Sulphur Springs Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Brady Bennett Jr. and wife Regina and Ronnie Bennett and wife Marcia, all of Pilot Mountain; six grandchildren, Allen Gray Bennett, Franklin Dean Bennett, Garland Wayne Bennett, Alisha Reeves, Les G.
